| My goal is to draw pictures all day and get paid for it. The first steps toward this goal include refining my skills and building up a first class portfolio that demonstrates the sheer excellence of said refined skills. This web site is designed to provide me with a forum to present my artwork to the general public and keep me in the habit of drawing every day. It also gives me the opportunity to occasionally spout off about whatever might be on my mind. Name: Yes, Paris is my real name. It's not as romantic as you might think. My parents saw "Paris Construction Company" written on the side of a truck. Brief history: I was born in San Jose 27 years ago. I grew up in Sonora, Ca. I Graduated from San Jose State in 99 with a degree in Computers in Art. I wanted in on some of that dot com action. I worked for my brother's multimedia company for a couple of years, and got laid off, go figure. I've been working office-monkey jobs since then. Currently: I am studying Illustration at California collage of the Arts. I'm interested in illustration projects, anything I can do to gain some good experience or portfolio pieces. |
