Petal Pushers

(Ink on paper and Adobe Illustrator) original size 7"x9"

Here is the logo I designed for a flowershop in my neighborhood. I don't do a lot of logo work but I was introduced to Marry at Petal Pushers through Adam at The Happy Café. She had a pretty specific design idea, but I was able to give it my own style while still meeting her needs. I love the end result.
If you are in Oakland and need some flowers, or scarfs, or beads, or more. You'll not just be helping out a new local busines but also your favorite illustrator!

The Happy Café

(Ink on paper and Adobe Illustrator) original size 4.5"x6.5"

This is a logo I designed for a cafe here in oakland. I chose to make it more graphic than my other work so that it can be recognizable from far away and will also hold its form when printed small on a business card. The Happy Cafe should be open in a couple weeks. If you are in Oakland stop by The Happy Cafe. The coffee is good and Adam (the owner) makes a mean sandwich. You'll be helping out a new local business as well as your favorite illustrator!
